We are so lucky to be able to practise here in Fitzgerald's Park

The trees provide great cover from both sun and rain.

We practise looking out over the pond,

 With it's waterlilies,

 Ducks,

And a heron patiently waiting and watching.

It is a wonderful place to allow one's consciousness to expand, and expand and expand. The trees lend a sense of tranquillity in their steady wisdom, watching on without comment. .

It.is such a perfect space to 'meditate to the sounds of nature .To relax and absorbe all the abundant natural energy
