Introductory Exercises For T'ai Chi Beginners


Welcome to T'ai Chi here are some of the exercises which will help you tune in to our way of moving in T'ai Chi. It often feels a little strange in the beginning so be patient with yourself. Most of us have no experience of moving with awareness our movements have all become automatic. Beginning T'ai Chi is a challenge as we are becoming super aware of each movement. We are listening to our bodily sensations in a whole new way and while this is fascinating it can also be very challenging.Moving slowly too is a big challenge for our modern minds who want to be in high speed all the time. Giving yourself time to adjust to these challenges will really help you to relax into your T'ai Chi and receive all it's wonderful benefits. I am delighted with the opportunity to share this wonderful Art with you and watch as you experience it's great benefits.
