Pushing Hands Practise at Tuesday Evening's class in Blackrock. We have put in a lot of work over the last few years and it really shows in the soft connection and flow seen here. It is a great joy and privilege to work with people who are committed to their practise.


 ARC House Cancer Support at NICHE in Knocknaheeny, we are making great progress with our Mini Form, it's hard to believe that it is only our second term of T'ai Chi.
