Remember To Relax







It doesn't have to take long all you have to do is remember to relax often.  Just a minute here and there will make all the difference.

So lets do a little right now.

As you read this allow yourself to feel your feet on the ground. Just move your attention to the soles of your feet and notice how they feel. Feel the support of the ground under your feet.

Now feel the support of the chair you are sitting on and allow yourself to relax into the chair feel how it supports your body and Let Go into that support.

Next feel all around your face. Allow the muscles of your forehead to soften and relax. Let go in your jaw and cheeks.

Now take a moment to remember someone you LOVE feel the LOVE in your heart and allow yourself to bask in that feeling of LOVE allow yourself to SMILE.

Can you feel a change in your body ? I certainly can.

Science is only just beginning  to document all the benefits of relaxation but you don't need scientific proof you have your own internal proof.
Learn to feel into your body and relax and whenever you find yourself stuck in traffic or waiting in a queue you can use that delay to relax and recharge your battery. Instead of dreading delays you will be looking forward to opportunities to relax and enjoy life even more.
