Mini Form for Monday and Tuesday's classes







Now that you are a few weeks into this practice you are feeling the benefit and learning to relax more and more into your body.

This is great skill to develop, there is no limit to the value of relaxation.

It is a true skill one which enriches our lives in many ways.

When you can consciously let go and relax,  all situations can be interesting and enlightening.

Life becomes more of an adventure where you needs less control because  you know that you can relax into whatever happens and just go with the flow.

This is just the beginning,  jump right into this practice and soon you will be a relaxed and happy ' swimmer'.
