Tuesday Morning Class First Lesson Mini Form



Our bodies can become great teachers for us.

Just for now relax as you read and allow yourself to feel your whole body. . . .

Notice where you are tense . . . . Just take some time to really feel the tension without trying to fix or change it . . . . . Allow it to be. . . . .

Now bring your attention to a place in your body where you feel relaxed . . . .
Really allow yourself to feel the relaxation . . . . . Melt right into that sense of relaxation . . . .
Give yourself completely to it for the next few minutes. . . . .

Notice how you feel now. . . . .

Practicing this exercise daily you will come to know your body in a whole new way.
